The treatment
How does it work?
After an in-depth consultation at Face & Body Boutique the right skinbooster serum is chosen for you. The skin is cleansed and the serum is placed into the U225 intradermal injector gun. The serum is placed in the dermis of the skin through tiny injections all over the treatment area. The product is microneedled into the skin to replace the lost hyaluronic acid and stimulate collagen and circulation to the skin.
The Role of Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic acid is a molecule naturally found in the skin that is responsible for hydration, elasticity and lubrication to the tissue. As we age, we lose our natural hyaluronic acid which leads to thin and dry skin and the appearance of wrinkles and sagging.

- RRS® Eyes - RRS® HA Eyes is a skin booster for around the eyes that reduces puffiness, dark circles and fine lines. The active ingredients consist mainly of substances that help drain fluid that cause the puffiness (via the lymphatic drainage as well as the diuretic system), antioxidants, vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and amino acids. It also produces slight ‘whitening’ effect by suppressing pigmentation
Is there any aftercare required?
Although the Skinbooster treatment is a microneedling procedure, the downtime is very minimal. The punctures to the skin are small and superficial. Patients will leave the clinic slightly red and swollen which typically lasts a few hours to 3 days depending on the treatment.
It is important to leave the product on overnight so it call fully saturate the skin.
